The annual membership fee is $20.00 Canadian for an individual or $25.00 Canadian for a family. The membership year is from September 1 to August 31.
New Members: please fill in either a PDF or Microsoft Word version of the membership form and follow the instructions in it.
Renewing members: Please pay the annual membership & use membership form to update membership information if there are changes in your contact information. Send the updated form to email@example.com .
Make cheque payable to OVRGHS and mail to our treasurer, Dorothy Tol at:

Send etransfer to "firstname.lastname@example.org". Include your name & email address in the message field of your etransfer so your payment can be acknowledged by Dorothy by email (email@example.com). If you do not include your email address or submit a membership form, we will have no way of contacting you if you are new to the club.
Note: If you are paying by etransfer/cheque from an account not in the name of the member, please notify Dorothy by email, or include a note who you are paying for in the message field of the etransfer. We need this so we can match the payment to the membership form.
Membership in OVRGHS offers many advantages. Only members may participate in the annual seed exchange, sign out publications from our Library, receive the monthly newsletter and participate in our field trips/workshops in the Ottawa area.
The OVRGHS newsletter is emailed to members a week or so before the meetings. The Newsletter promotes society activities, records successes, and provides articles on the many aspects of growing alpines and other perennials.
We welcome contributions on topics and events of interest to the society. The deadline for submission for an issue of the Newsletter is three weeks before the meeting date. Material published in the OVRGHS newsletter may be reprinted, with appropriate attribution, in other Rock Garden Society newsletters unless a copyright restriction is attached.
